Fashion Practice
The Journal of Design, Creative Process and the Fashion Industry
Edited by Sandy Black, London College of Fashion, and Marilyn DeLong, University of Minnesota
Fashion Practice is the first peer-reviewed academic journal to cover the full range of contemporary design and manufacture within the context of the fashion industry. Design processes and new technologies fuel the most vibrant areas of fashion practice and commerce today, yet they have been largely ignored by scholarship. Fashion Practice fills this major gap by providing a much-needed forum for topics ranging from design theory to the impact of technology, economics and industry on fashion practice.

Accessing journal content from the Berg Fashion Library
The Bloomsbury journals Fashion Theory, Fashion Practice and Textile are fully indexed and thus searchable and browseable within the Berg Fashion Library. Clicking on a result will take you to the journal article page, which displays citation information about the article as well as the abstract.

If your institution has a subscription through Ingenta and have activated online access e.g. by providing IP address details, you will have automatic access to the full-text article. The other is an Open URL resolver that looks for the content in your institution’s electronic library catalogue, linking you through to the full-text article if your institution subscribes.
